Birds fly and this is something that will never fail to fascinate us and that could be because though human beings can do a lot of things, they cannot take wing and fly off. Yes, we know that technology today has enabled air travel and there are activities like para gliding that gives us the illusion of being able to fly but that is not quite the same as actually flying, which most birds do. Some birds are obviously fledglings that are still being coached by mama bird and papa bird on the nuances of taking off. Sometimes the baby birds will need to be literally pushed off the nest in order to get them to fly. It is called tough love in the birdy sense and in many instances it really works as birds like us don’t want to leave the warmth and safety of their nests.
