33 So Rare Pictures Of White Animals

17. Albino Bear

Albino bears are scarce because they do not live as long as their non-albino counterparts. Their albinism causes them to have poor eyesight. Albino bears will have better chances of survival in captivity.

18. White Walrus

Walruses typically have a brown skin color. However, they sometimes turn white or pink after diving, especially in warm water.

19. Migaloo, Bahloo, Willow, and Migaloo Jr.

These names correspond to the handful of white whales roaming the oceans. Migaloo is a pure white humpback whale, while the others are not entirely white.

20. White Liger

There have been many times when lions were cross-bred with tigers, hence the portmanteau “liger.” Many ligers alive today are almost entirely white or light brown.

21. Snowy Owl

Finding a pure white snowy owl can be challenging. If you try to look for one in the Arctic, you will probably see dark markings scattered all over its feathers.

22. White and Brown Owl

The white and brown own will look whiter with their wings spread on their sides.

23. Albino Python

Like other albino animals, albino pythons are also pretty rare. Only some of their offspring will carry the albino coloring.

24. Albino Turtle

Like albino pythons, albino turtles are also extremely rare.

25. Dart Frog

Different species of poisonous dart frogs change their color to either warn predators, attract a mate, or blend into their environment. Sometimes, a large part of their skin turns white.

26. White Raven

White ravens are sometimes albino, but they can simply be pure white.

27. White Lion Cub

Leucistic white lions can also pass their lack of pigmentation to their offspring, as shown by this cute lion cub.

28. White Horse

Horses that are genuinely white throughout are extremely rare. Often, people refer to light grey or cream-colored horses as white.

29. Doves

Purely white doves are rarely found in nature. They are usually domesticated animals bred in captivity.

30. Turkish Angora

Turkish Angora cats can be black, brown, red, gray, or have a mixture of colors. White specimens are the most common variation.

31. White Boxer

White-coated boxer dogs are not as rare as many all-white animals. Almost a quarter of all puppies are white.

32. Alaskan Tundra Wolf

The Alaskan tundra wolf is another type of arctic wolf. You will only find them in the wild.

33. White Asian Elephant

Although white Asian elephants seem entirely pink, they have incredibly light skin that often passes up as white.
