- Wood pigeon: This is the biggest bird on the list and you may think of them as grey birds that are boring. But they are saved from being that due to the chest color that has pink as well as the green on the back portion of the neck and the bit of white on the side of the neck. Both gender wood pigeons look alike and they can be seen in pairs. They tend to be a little clumsy in their approach.
