Leopard Slug
: Though they are native to Europe, you can find these anywhere there is rotting wood. They are weird largely because of their mating ritual as they are hermaphrodites having both the female and male organs. They mate by intertwining down a rope of mucus and this continuous till both of the creatures move away after being fertilized.

: This one is weird in the sense that though it lives under the water it is not a fish but rather an amphibian, but one that has not developed lungs like other amphibians and thereby is able to live underwater.
