Ambystoma mexicanum
: The axolotl is another peculiar looking creature, and though it resides underwater, it is not a “walking fish”, or even a fish. Rather, it is an amphibian, although unlike many other amphibians which develop lungs during maturation, adult axolotls remain gilled and in the water. Though really odd to look at what makes them alien like is their ability to regenerate any part of their body and they can even transplant organs from others into their body.
Harp Sponge
: This one contrary to appearances is a carnivore. It anchors itself to the floor of the ocean and then pulls in small crustaceans as they unknowingly swim by. They then catch the victim and digest them and absorbs through their pores.
